CBP said I had a denied firearm application but I was not denied

Hi all,

Canadian citizen here with a valid hunting license living in PA.
I go back to Canada frequently, and since I got my form 4 approved, I’ve been getting put into secondary processing when I am coming back to the US from Canada because CBP saw a “denied firearm application” on my profile.
This happened 3 times now and it is getting really frustrating. I’ve tried speaking with a supervisor but they said they cannot do anything. Today, they said I will need to go to secondary processing every time I come back to the US.

Did anyone run into this issue and can advise on my next steps?

Best,
Frank

You are not a US Citizen so you will have to jump through whatever hoops CBP tells you to. Maybe you can find an Immigration
Attorney who can help you.
Anyway, welcome to our community. :slightly_smiling_face:

Makes no sense to me. Welcome to community. The only thing that would make sense is if you were a convicted felon.

It also makes sense if someone stole your identity. Better check your accounts!
