How would you know if some places make 50% or more of their revenue from alcohol sales in the last 3 months? I wouldn’t think it’s illegal to carry into a liquor store since they only sell, not serve, alcohol.

I wouldn’t either. I think the whole thing is stupid anyway. If I’m a designated driver, I could very well be in a bar, and drinking zero alcohol.
