Thanks @MikeBKY. I knew they couldn’t honestly fill out a 4473, but didn’t know users could not be in possession of a firearm. I’m not a drug user.

Just because I am me and I have to throw it out there. You CAN have both the Rx and the CCL you just can never fill the Rx and keep the CCL.

You may be right @DBrogue. But, if there is a record of the script or if the person has a a medical marijuana card, there may be a presumption that the person is an unlawful user of marijuana. And I have no doubt that the card and an Rx are enough probable cause to get a warrant.
