Thanks to @Steve-G for sharing this one on another thread.

I’m thrilled to see that the woman was able to defend her children. There are so many things that could have gone wrong. I was surprised to see she had to take the lock off her gun so she could use it to defend her family in her home.

What are your thoughts about this self-defense incident?

I am really surprised at the amount of time she had. Intruder confrontations normally happen much faster than that. It did not look like the burgler was armed. Gun locks…another reason that I do not live in California.
