“Everyone who possesses a firearm has a responsibility to do it responsibly. You never point a firearm at anything and pull the trigger unless you intend to destroy it. The defendant pointed a firearm at someone and pulled the trigger, resulting in their death,” one prosecutor said."

She must not have enough money to pay off the judge.

And we all know that alec would never do that with his extensive knowledge of firearm safety.
And then there was New Mexico. The movie Rust was being filmed and a young gal with apparently little knowledge was appointed to handle the firearms. Baldwin was in charge, he was the director, boss and overseer of the film. The fact she had little firearms knowledge should have been a heads up for Baldwin. She’s in jail, he skated. I live just above the New Mexico border and watched this court play out. Not a fan of Baldwin’s to begin with but the fact he faced zero charges for pulling the trigger screams ‘special treatment’. Have seen his nasty temper in action and have little use for this loser.
