I personally always thought the Halftime show was for the Women and Gays who don’t like sports, kind of the consolation prize for having to spend a Sunday with friends and family watching the game. I can’t remember a single time I was ever like, “Oh can’t wait for the Super Bowl so I can watch some lame pop star, country star, washed up has been star perform” but then that is just my personal opinion. Could not name the person who performed in last years, or the year before that, or the year before that. Only one I remember is Janet Jackson, don’t remember the year though, or even what she sang.

San Francisco failed to highlight local talent. The halftime show featured a chaotic Coldplay + Beyonce + Bruno Mars 10 years ago. Another huge miss this year.

I liked Michael Jackson until all the controversy, then I had trouble listening to a number of his songs as they alluded to his indiscretions, such as Billy Jean in that video. He was an amazing talent, unfortunately his past destroyed him.

Used to be the Commercials where worth it now not so much
