Strap 6-10 to a pallet with an altitude sensor and slide them out the cargo ramp.

I am still in favor of offering them parachutes, American made, of course.
This will be a nice boost for our home soil manufacturers. If they survive the “jump”, they’ll be happy that they had one of our parachutes. Their happiness in the product may then lead to an increase in international sales. Can’t really think of a better marketing exercise.
