Stick a straight wall USGI (maybe an NHMTG or Colt marked) 20 round aluminum mag in that long AR up there and you’ve got one heck of a classic silhouette

I wanted to get a few 10 rounds metal mags for that. And maybe some sort of optic.

Missed that one. So maybe black rifles were supposed to be scary back then?
Hard to imagine the kludge of hanging glass off an AR-7 — essentially a long-barrel, shoulder-stock pistol. But probably it looked more evil and less stupid than a can.
And adds a step to maybe the cheapest way to produce the assassination cliche of assembling a takedown weapon out of a briefcase or an overcoat, so the ominous audio can build a little more. Scary!
