We shouldn’t have been going to the range so far? And if we predicted a different POTUS, we shouldn’t have planned to go to the range in the future? What does POTUS prediction change about planning range time? What I’m saying is, those who want to be generally prepared should already be going to the range and should, if they have the means, already be stocked on ammo to where they can continue to go to the range. We shouldn’t be waiting until July/August of an election year to realize we should have ammo. Don’t overlook laser training like SIRT and also dry fire as well ---

Alright, I’ll answer with a recommendation instead: Please go buy ammo, @Mike164 , don’t wait until you think a particular POTUS candidate is going to win to buy training ammo at the last minute. You should be able to do necessary training for at least a year with what you have. If you didn’t have that much, better late than never anyway ---

Normally, that would be correct but this is gonna get messier than it is now. JD Vance is the candidate for, (but not YET) VP. Joe will drop out at the end of his term but Kamala is (and will remain) the VP until that day. She has launched a “Harris for President” campaign. I’m not sure what rules have to be broken to have a sitting VP run for President or if she’ll have to resign first. So, if the VPs debate, that remains Vance V. Harris. If she resigns, she can name a running mate, in which case the VP debate would be Vance V. (candidate to be named later). HOWEVER, if she resigns, it seems to me that the rules regarding succession would kick in for the remainder of her term which would mean the Speaker Of The House would assume the position of VP. Currently, SOTH is Republican Congressman Mike Johnson. Like I said, things are gonna get interesting… ---

I don’t claim them either however, the fact is that the election cheating does work against the entire state. That is the problem as it’s so much easier to claim that because you live in Southern IL you have no problems. Have you seen Springfield ? It’s a $hithole like Chicago. Homeless all over the streets, infrastructure falling down, abandon buildings. Just saying. ---

It doesn’t work that way. Debates are between candidates for office in the next election not whoever is in office at the moment. VPs have run for president in the past. They didn’t have to resign their VP status. Remember GHW Bush? Since Biden is no longer running for President Harris is no longer his choice for VP this election cycle. Whoever the kleptocrats and their big money backers hand pick at the Democrats’ convention will be the new Presidential candidate and they will choose or have chosen for them the next VP candidate. The big money backers really wanted Harris back in 2020 but the public quickly saw how bad of a candidate she was before and during the first primary debate. She dropped out before the voters could prove how much they did t like her. The only way to get Harris near the White House was as VP and the only chance she has of becoming the Democrat nominee for president is by bypassing the primary election process. This has worked out perfectly for her and the big money backers who believe they can get her to give them everything they want. Except for the fact that it is well documented how horrible she is at leading and managing. Aside from being a black woman she has no qualities that appeal to voters. If the kleptocrats were smart they would look for a much more electable candidate even if that means they might not be able to control them quite as easily. ---
