The constitution specifically states that any right not specified (enumerated) is automatically deferred to the states.
There should be a law requiring any Congress person, judge, or presidential candidate to take a comprehensive exam on the constitution, since very few if any of them have actually read it.
80% or higher to pass.

Then there was the time he smiled to big at a photo op and his head unzipped and fell off. It’s a shame they put it back on, even if it is backwards, with a heavy left slant.
