When I first looked at a Bersa catalog, I became curious as to why they offered so many .380s - it turns out that in Argentina - where they’re made - the .380 is the largest handgun caliber a citizen can legally own - anything more powerful could only be produced for the export market. FYI
Quite common in a lot of Latin American countries, along with ‘cannot have military’ calibers. So, stuff like 9x21 is seen in some places as well.
Well if we let the peasants have swords, they might resist when we steal their crops!
Who cares. I like bersa, nice firearm. Don’t carry it but i like it…
My faithful little Series95 has never had a problem.
Have never seen a Bersa. 38 Super is popular in Mexico because they can’t own 9mm. Funny, because 38 Super is like 9mm magnum.
