Be Carful - When You Have Nothing to Hide

This is just an example of what can happen. Yesterday it was legal tomorrow it may be against the law, and if it isn’t they’ll find a way…

Not against the law, this is what he is saying:

“American Express, Mastercard and Visa have the ability to go beyond what any law enforcement agency, legislature or city council can accomplish,” Gascón said in a [news release]

He means that LE and city govt hands are tied by law (how unfortunate!), and he wants measures outside of the law to take place. How about asking landlords to open doors (which they can do by lease aggreement) and invite officers to peek at things? I mean, stupid 4A. And how about schools asking kids to snitch on their parents? USSR and China didn’t have 4A or 5A and they turned out quite good!

By opening the door to EULA’s on social media apps and smartphones they are killing the 4th Amendment. Corporations should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for violating the 4th Amendment!
