The whole mask mandate was a fallacy IMHO, and it should be no surprise that criminals have capitalized on this!

I think the hoodies are also part of the problem. Besides “fashion”, what does a large group of thugs need to wear black hoodies and masks in 80+ degree weather? To conceal identities and weapons.
