I live near jax,fl and looking for beginning classes for ar15 and closest is the villages (100 miles)? really for a city of 1 million nobody wants to teach this. very sad. there is all these credit people and they don’t have time?

Every big City in USA have a lot of Instructors and Training Facilities… you just need to be patient and keep digging…

just general info maybe how to clean the different buttons any tips to learn I have scope and red dot needs to be put on?
YouTube has a lot of information on cleaning/lube. You’ll get a lot of good advice here as well to specific questions but watching a video is really helpful. It’s been awhile, but Hickok45, Reid Henrichs Valor Ridge, John Lovell Warrior Poet Society, and Paul Harrell (RIP) are good places to start. As for optics there’s so many variables and imo really a personal decision. Planned purpose will help answer that question.
