He’ll probably be charged with Manslaughter since this is Philly… Leftists - “oh there was no reason for him to shoot and kill him. He was only trying to steal property not kill you. He should have called the police with his cell phone… Blah blah blah.”

Correct, It seems like the law is not for the law biding citizen protecting his business and property or even himself or family and loved ones, it’s for the criminal.
