Yes, Dick Heller is a brute. He has subjugated DC, again. I’m very glad. These small victories do add up.

Unfortunately, IMO, this is only the City Attorneys and Chief of Police acknowledging they can’t enforce their infringement in light of the Bruen decision. I’d like to see the infringement struck completely off the records. We’ll see.
