Another take on EV's - There will be NO Accountability

Oh Buddy! Gimme dat ‘GOAT!’ Pretty please!
A friend had a ‘67 Goat w/ that rare ‘Six Pack’ Carbs! His
one mistake was Hood pins on all 4 corners
(said it looked cooler than just two w/ hingers to hold it on…
(you know what’s comin’)
Blew the hood off (Convertible too) My life flashed before my eyes (and it was a short movie!)
120 on Crossbay boulevard, Queens 1977. 17 and almost decapitated! Racing a chick that had a Vette w/ pinstriping on the back—“If you beat me you can eat me!” Peddle to the floor baby!
17 and foolish, then I joined Armored car that August!===how did I make it to Old?

They’ll get the kinks worked out, but not in our lifetime.
Their plan, like all their plans fail because they take EVERYTHING to the Extreme. No Trial runs, No test beds, just rush 'em to the showrooms. FOOLISH.
My guess is when the perfect the batteries to ‘Wafer thin’ like cell phones/Laptops, don’t endanger Mother Earth anymore (or Children mining it!)
It’ll work. Charge time: Full Charge (20) minutes they’ll be a hit—just not today.

Wondering about her record.

Apparently She was unbeaten till 1975. She lost to a guy ( The infamous Hank ‘don’t call me Henry’ Greenbaum ) who used Nitrous and had (2) 650 Carter carbs on a Tunnel ram Chevelle , (425 ci. ) She took off on him (surprise, Surprise) and wrapped herself around a couple of Light poles on Woodhaven Blvd. in South Ozone Park, slammed into the side of the Movie Theatre and perished ( Very badly) Laverne ‘don’t call me Shirley’ Wilcox. She had a Mechanic husband (name unknown) who wrenched the car. They thought it’d be a kick to have that Quote on the back. Yup cute. I guess her reflexes got slow w/ age (happens to all of us but I never ate a Movie Theatre fortunately one of the things I DIDN’T DO!. Was the talk of Queens till Son of Sam (1976) made World wide headlines! Fame is fleeting I guess.

I had an AMAZING life Brother! No doubt!
and with (9) MILLION souls stuffed into only (5) Boroughs
The Stories were bound to multiply hot N heavy faster than say Salt Lake City!
This is great retelling some of the SH** I’ve LIVED through!
And Bonus! Most can be proven because it was all captured in Newsprint by some of the
best Award Winning Writers in New York’s History. The Daily News, The NY Post.
The Leader Observer of all things!
Son of Sam
John Gotti (I met him a few times)
The Yankees before their fall
The Mets tickets for $2.50 because nobody wanted to show.
Billy Joel and my Music Producer Uncle lived next to each other.

Good times.
I fall back on them more now because ur world turned to SH**.
Maybe recounting this will give someone a Laugh, Shake their heads,
Have a break from all these Crisis’ we face daily.

One day I’ll tell you about ‘Cape Man!’
(My Brother ‘the Otter’ eventually caught him and kicked his ass ! Good stuff!)

I’m doing my part! 2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor lol Had a better fuel economy car but it of course decided it was going to need waaaay to much work immediately after I bought the Crown Vic. All kidding aside though I’d consider buying an EV if it was actually affordable. It’s not though. Plus as @Will_B the infrastructure just is not there. If everyone suddenly switched to EV do we really think the power grid could handle that? We have enough issues with it right now as it is.

Brother, The ‘Power Grid’ can’t handle Summertime AC usage in a lot of big cities.
That is why .gov wants to ban AC’s. Why make infrastructure improvements when you can BAN something?
It’s Easier (and you can put the thumb screws to ‘the people’ for something else they already own.
(Plus Plus!)

Just remember something CW, The EV’s perform worse in Extreme Heat and Cold.
Batteries (for now) DIE in about (2) years (that’s $20,000 conservative guestamate!)
The Socialists always fail because they always run out of YOUR MONEY!
You’ll be stuck with a $60,000+ Lawn Ornament and a Mother Earth Killing Toxic Battery.
Of course you will still have to pay for it even though it doesn’t work anymore because THAT’S THE LAW!

It’s kind of like having a gun that needs to be charged to use it. Who needs that crap?

Let’s talk about pure unadulterated Brilliance.

First we vilify coal fired powerplants, shut them down and brag about how we are saving humanity from certain destruction.
Then we hammer on the already vilified petroleum producers and regulate them out of business.
Then we point out, gas prices are really high, but if you had an electric car that wouldn’t effect you.
Not being enough we start regulating/passing laws to Force people into getting rid of their ICE and buying a Tesla.
Followed closely by regulating when you should/can charge your shinny new EV.
BUT since you didn’t listen, we’re putting a smart meter on you shack, we’ll take care of when you can run your AC and charge your car.

Looks like a very well thought out and implemented plan.

If you are worried about the Enviroment? Stay away from E,V.'s

Nailed it! Mike
The slow burn way they are trying to manipulate us into this little box they want us in is
EVIL. If you view all what they are doing through the Lens of CONTROL
**15 minute cities
**No Cars whatsoever
**No Travel
**No actual money (all plastic they can track)
**No Savings accounts
It’s really quite ‘Qrwellian’
Control, Control, Control
Human chipping, Uniforms, Living in Stalag Encampments… Picturesque

TRUTH Brother,
Don’t mess with my Guns. Period.
You want a safety lock on YOUR gun have at it.
My Booger hook is my safety How many ‘AD’s’ have I had?--------
Um, NONE.
You want a user specific handgun (what ever they call it) where
only the Owner can fire the weapon? Hell no. I want my family
and friends to be able to use my guns if I fall. Sorry can’t touch this! Not your gun–stoopid.
As I said (Before the Boating accident) I had guns all over the place!
Who knows where I’ll be when the SHTF?
Besides My house, My rules. No kids around EVER.
I don’t want a stinking safe.
A bedside safe? Nyet!
If somebody Invades the hardware is right there and LOADED
“Put your ammo in another room for safety New Mexico Public health Authority says”.
‘Authority’ huh? :face_vomiting: YOU FIRST!
We have the Water Authority also…huh? Really? Seriously? Don;t think too much of yourselves do you?
Border CZAR ? Where’s your Crown Camel-Toe?

EV’s SUCK! Like driving a Toaster. Poorly thought out and still should stay on the drawing board. Work out the Environment killing kinks, the Thousands of extra pounds the battery
creates, wearing out or already crumbling roads, parking garages, Toxic waste dumps (we don’t need any extra help piling up waste that Kills Mother Earth! Tires die faster, great learn how to recycle rubber better. Albuquerque has small mountains of rubber in the South Valley.
The poor South Valley is a dumping ground for all the waste we create.

The only people making money on EV’s are the Elite’s.
