Even if they can’t walk at a brisk pace (12-1/2 min mile), they need to know how to shoot. Not only did the one guy fire four rounds and miss, but the photos that showed his muzzle flashes showed other agents in his line of fire each time. They’re lucky it was only one agent who got hit in his vest. The kid was running through the hotel with a shotgun in his hands. I’d wager that agents vest caught a 9mm.

They (govt) say it was 12ga he was hit with. Take that for what its worth. I do agree the shooting aspect was a bad move on the agents but I wasn’t there. Luckily more weren’t hit and too bad the dumbass wasn’t hit. Now we gotta pay for him for the rest of his life

As large a hotel that was, is it feasible to have known if a guest had a firearm in their room? IDK. Seems impossible.
“Monday morning quarterback”, as much as I like the officers, lots of sweeping and at least one cross fire near or hitting a friendly, not good.

It’s a sickness my Good Sir, TDS is VERY REAL and unfortunately INCURABLE. The Socialist (Liberal/Communist) Mindset is ‘everybody is EQUAL’----but on the other hand this movements ‘Leaders’ also openly preach ‘YOU WILL OWN NOTHING AND LIKE IT!’ and they believe in their Black Hearts we are too stupid to Navigate this Life without their OVER REACH. This is the kind of thing like in the 40’s when Germany STILL reeling from the arse kicking we gave them in WW2 (NOT 11 ! 
) that some future sock puppet (who had a serious mental illness himself) started looking good to the German people. You are on Bread Lines, Not allowed a Military and basically walking around in the DARK even in broad daylight guy’s like Hitler (or Obama, Biden, Hiliary, start looking good to these folk’s. Chicago, New Mecca and LA LA Land are showing the long term effects of their Corrupt Ideology.
This whole transition back to normalcy will not be easy or instant---- Some found out they Love living in the DARK having others make all the decisions for them—even though their FREEDOMS WILL BE TAKEN AWAY IN THE PROCESS.

No, it’s not feasible, nor appropriate, nor anyone’s right to restrict a firearm in a hotel room. I travel often, and stay in hotel rooms, and I always have a firearm with me. Always. It’s my right. I wouldn’t be without it. That assassin had the total right to travel from California to Washington with his guns, to stay at the Hilton, and to do any non-violent, legal things he wanted while visiting our capital. He lost all his rights when he decided to use his guns to murder the president and dozens of other innocent people. Thank God he didn’t succeed.
The hotel can’t and shouldn’t, in any way, be considered responsible. Protecting POTUS and the senior staff is fully in the hands of the secret service, and associated agencies.

This is why Blood Brother WE NEED THAT BALLROOM! Never will there be Security issues, Infiltration or an Assassination attempt when events are held there. With Security in place 24/7/365, roving patrols and all the electronic bells and Whistles the folk’s @ Foggy Bottom keep coming up with a guy/gal with a gun wouldn’t make it to the front door. BUT!..
You have to have K9( Handlers who pay attention to their Dogs
You HAVE to have REAL SECURITY TEAMS, none of this hodgepodge of Agencies—THE MAJOR FAILURE! Was having it at an ACTIVE Hotel. Mixing Politicos w/ Civilians, Room guests with Hotel staff they must have pulled back from the front doors securing the Corridor’s to the Ballroom. NOT having top notch Security Operator’s in that Hallway almost lead to a disaster. I’ve NO DOUBT had he gotten closer to the Ballroom doors themselves he would have been DRT right there. This bunch of Secret Service need to be re-evaluated. In the mean time call up a bunch of Operator’s to do the job. (Once everyone gets a look @ the difference in ‘Security’ and IF another Hit happens you will see how the Pro’s do it. Stacking bodies is their stock in trade. Maybe we accelerated past the capabilities of a Secret Service these days as these Criminals have been upping the game and timelines.
The Enemy is in our wheelhouse and we need to push them back to the Sea…

Republican senators have proposed a package that includes up to 1 billion in taxpayer money for security upgrades and modernization, which critics argue is a re-branding of the ballroom project.
I guess we will see how it turns out; if it is anything like the wall, I am sure Mexico will pay for it…

Yeah for security, not all going to ball room security. Actual ball room we are not paying for. By the time its completed, trump will be leaving office.
