American Soft Warfare

This is one of the reasons we seem to get into these frivolous conflicts.

“Following Iran’s failed attacks, CENTCOM permanently disabled the IRGC crude oil carriers M/T Downy off the coast of Kharg Island and M/T Stark 1 near Jask. American forces also completely destroyed the unladen crude oil carrier M/T Kylo (also known as the “Noxen”) in the Gulf of Oman, striking the vessel in multiple critical locations to render it inoperable after the crew was directed to abandon ship,” CENTCOM also said.

Once we decide it’s time to do stuff why not inflict maximum damage and maximum pain? In stead we tell them which ships we’re looking at, warn them to abandon ship, and I’ll bet you a buck they abandoned ship with the assistance of US Military aircraft and vessels, Then we make it a media circus. They didn’t tell our guys to abandon ship before they sent missiles our way.

If the sailors were IRGC commandos, they should’ve been afforded an explosive burial at sea (blown of the deck of a soon to be submarine)

But blowing up civilians has drawn a lot of global ire down on Israel over the last few years (though not Russia which I find abhorrent)

Plus, it’s a PsyOp against the regime,….

(US military). “Look, we can pick your boats apart piece by piece at our leisure. And nothing you throw at us comes close to sticking…. Just give up”

I say we go full pirate mode and just hijack their tankers, load them with AmFo and sail them on autopilot directly into Kharg island!

In my opinion we need to carpet bomb them around the clock then completely

destroy Teheran and build the world’s largest Walmart and make the rest of the country a parking lot for it.

It is my birthday today and thank you! My birth certificate says I’m 63 but I have decided to start back at 21.

One and done.

On a serious note, the people of Tehran are not 100% IRGC, and 40 thousand of them were already killed by their own fanatical government.

Carpet bombs, or more catastrophic measures are indiscriminate.

There needs to be survivors, select survivors who support democracy and freedom as was intended by the founding fathers of this country….

Then let them choose their own path.

If that’s back to the darkness of shariah law,….

evaded multiple unprovoked Iranian attacks

They are NOT unprovoked.

What about hijacking the tankers, sell the oil, bank it until the regime dies off, or gets overthrown and keep the interest as a brokers fee

Tehran has always hated us, always supports terrorism around the world, always a threat to Israel and the region ever since our embassy was taken over and our state department personnel taken hostage. If given a chance, they have no qualms about spreading Sharia Law while extorting every nation. Unless Israel and the United States takes out Iran’s hostile capabilities now, we will only have a bigger problem in the future.

I gave up trying to figure out trumps plan with Iran. I would have leveled the country months ago or at least given the green light to the isrealis.

Im not happy on how he’s handling it but he didnt consult me.

Not helping gas prices and the midterms…

Gas has been all over the board here,… $4.20 on Monday, $3.64 last night.

As for the mid terms, the DSA should push some conservative turnout.

Only true for the last 40ish years,…. Tehran used to be an ally, we sold them F-14s and had a top gun pilot training facility there.

Then radical Islam took hold and turned everything on its head.

Now it’s a :poop::hole:

Don’t be so sure on the midterm thing Will. People want something different and are responding to the BS DSA movement. Unfortunately, those folks are too stupid to understand the repercussions of said movement.

Shitstorm is coming

No no, I agree with that statement, it’s just that typically conservatives lay down in the midterms, but that DSA hornets nest should wake them up!

If it doesn’t, we’re in trouble.

But only in trouble for one cycle. As soon as the useful idiots get hit with the tax bill that’s coming, you know the one they Have To Do to pay for all of the “Free Stuff”, hopefully they will get an education about what Socialism really is.

Warfare? We would have to be at war for warfare. Whatever is going on over there is NOT war. It is a Police Action, and we know what happens when the U.S. does a police action. Nothing good comes from it.

I remember growing up watching the meltdown in the Middle East, the whole Arab uprising, Libya, Afghanistan,…..

I never felt good about the watchdog police actions that we did over there, I thought then that vast swaths of the region would be better off turned into radioactive sheets of glass.

But I was like 10 years old, and nobody consulted me about it….

Today, it still seems like a lot of the region would be better off sealed under radioactive glass.

You can do that?!?!

It would’ve been too late by then. We can’t afford it.

Back in 1980 I did a world report and in it I stated that the Middle East will always be a tender box. If you look at your history the countries and the borders have always changed. In 1935 Persia changed its name to Iran. Even the European nations have had their changes from before WW1 and even after. 1707 England became Great Britian. In 1776 United States declared its independence from England. It is fun going back to old maps and seeing the old borders and countries that technically do not exist anymore by their old names. Find me Yugoslavia now a days.
