Should be interesting to see how that interacts with the 2013 law that required any new gun laws to pass Strict Review by the Judiciary.

Very interesting read. My concern is this: Government accountability is greatest at the lowest levels, in this case a county sheriff. As initiatives like this climb the political ladder, there is less and less accountability. Elected officials at the state and federal levels are much more disconnected with those they supposedly represent. Keep it local.
