Well, Philosophically I can look at this Bullsh!t article and
say this is ‘Par for the course’ as my Italian Mama use to say
(My Opinion Only here folk’s) is that this just goes along with what I am seeing
in the Hiring (Job) World, Political Rhetoric spewed daily, Media Mob trying to
reduce/Eliminate the White Population on all fronts.
This isn’t CT (Conspiracy Theory) talking this is evident if you are paying attention
and you people are.
The White Male (in particular) is under attack, We (to them) are a Threat to their Global plan of ‘Hostile takeover’ Of course they want to reduce the numbers of Educated, Free thinking, Individuals who when faced with their Woke Bullsh!t would and will say stop the presses! Either it makes no sense or it’s just flat out wrong! They don’t want to have that push back.

This admin / regime has not been supportive of our military / veterans.
Too many “woke” narrative / agenda / politics don’t add anything to the effectiveness, or lethality of the services.
If anything degrades them, and certainly fails to boost them at a time when we are falling behind in the face of raising threats.
Particularly when our admin / regime not only does nothing to discourage but, rather emboldens our enemies.

This admin wants failure in our military. Racism and wokeness doesnt work anywhere but it seems to be the thing to do nowadays…and most folks allow it.
Military is one place where it shouldn’t ever happen. Gender or race doesn’t make a good commander, trigger puller etc.

This deserves more detail.
What used to be called Affirmative Action, then Priority Hires, now DEI is killing civil service and military jobs and their agencies, just because they are
politically mandated.

. Merit used to matter, civil service, and military tested candidates mentally and physically.
Then, then they only picked from the top of those lists, the most qualified: Too passing scores on the written exam that were not physically disqualified.
Until (DEI) Diversity, Equality, Inclusion policies said that the prior criteria was unfair, and external appearance meant more than intrinsic qualifications.
So, those departments, or services now had the appearance desired but, members who failed training, or if placed on assignment failed to be able to perform required basic tasks, or got injured trying.
Expenses for retraining and medical leave went through the roof.
Staffing shortages put every one else at risk working short because this nonsense was mandated, and in the face of failure was still forced.
Those members that did not comply with this Sham were terminated further exacerbating the contrived arbitrary policies that were absurdly pushed in the face of failure, those who tried to stick to the old established standards were punished until they complied, or let go.
This nonsense not only cost functional failures but, blew budgets out.
Thanks to the lunatic left insisting on making something unworkable.
Emergency services like fire, rescue and
military are too critical to play with social experiments that degrade functionality that puts their services, and the population that they serve at risk.
It sets up those services for failure, and is a disservice to their communities and nation.
This nonsense not only cost functional failures but, blew budgets out.

Why do you think they’re working so hard to abolish the 2nd Amendment. They want us an easy target for our enemies. Destroy the effectiveness of our military (what we’re talking about here), disarm the military by giving their ammunition away (Ukraine etc.) and finally make the population defenseless, and you’ve taken a one mighty nation and made it an easy target. Finally, hit the economy, dilute patriotism (illegal immigration), allow outside influences (UN treaties etc.) and finally AI and the destruction of privacy and introduction of a surveillance based society, their on track and succeeding in destroying the US as we know it once and for all.
