I Actually carry a model 19 -

I lost weight without needing to. One way was keeping Cereal for snacks instead of candy. I’m a nut & chocolate freak. It takes a long time to not miss those goodies. The other thing I noticed is that sometimes when we loose a certain amount of weight our body goes into a starvation mode and that’s hard to control. I haven’t done it in a while but after a while I get a uncontrollable urge
For candy and I will spend $30 or $40 bucks on candy. Now I will have a drink to get hungry. PS: you can make a good chef Salad by adding some chicken, or tuna
And cheese and other good stuff. Matter of fact I have left over turkey that I will have tonight in a salad. Now I’m getting hungry.
