This is clearly not a legitimate decision, and possibly even illegal. For this reason, any verbiage is to gaslight the public, not explain the reasons behind the decision.

You are correct, by an executive order signed by President Obama, “gender identity” is protected against Federal discrimination by extending legal protections against gender discrimination.
However, I have serious doubts that the Nashville murderer was transgender. That all seems to be based on one of her social media accounts being marked with the pronouns “he/him.” If we’re going to extend legal protections to transgender individuals, then it ought to take more than a social media edit to become part of a protected class. Otherwise, every stolen valor M-F’r who posted a picture like this on Facebook would be eligible for protections as a veteran.
Also, I find the “protected class” defense to be disingenuous. We’re legally protected against age discrimination, so aren’t we all in a protected class because we all have an age? We all have a race, many of us have a religion… that doesn’t mean they’ll withhold incriminating evidence against us, though, does it?

I agree. But given the recent story of the bearded weight lifter who competed in a women’s event to protest against other none biological females competing in it, as well as the stories of men saying they are transgender so they can get put in women’s prisons, etc, etc. it seems all it takes these days is a single use of a pronoun or adjective to put yourself in whatever class you want.

What would happen if we all decided to self-identify as a “liberal politician”? That should ensure us freedom from any form of legal prosecution/discrimination or just ignoring any law we don’t agree with. Right?

Well if the manifesto contains a confession that she was committing the atrocity for the sake of the comrades in her community then it could lead to a backlash against the people she identifies with. Joe needs their votes so it must be withheld.

Nashville shooter Audrey Hale’s parents have transferred ownership of her ‘manifesto’ to the families of Covenant School students who are battling to stop them being released.
The move effectively means the parents reeling from the 28-year-old shooter’s rampage, which killed six, are now working with the killer’s family to stop her voluminous writings being made public.
Doug Pierce, an attorney for the National Police Association, who is seeking to release the writings told Fox news: “One of the lawyers for the parents introduced a criminal defense lawyer who says that he represents the parents of the shooter.
“He said that the shooter died without having a will and therefore has no other heirs, so … he says [the writings] belong to the parents, and the parents are going to assign their interest in those writings to the school.”
However, Pierce countered: “If public officials take them into custody as part of their duties, which is what happened here when police took them, they become part of the public record.”

this facility? ( Yes, ‘it’ was planning another assault on another facility but that was ‘nixed’ because it wasn’t a cakewalk because of better security (there folks is AN ANSWER right there!) ANY security
is better than zero security! WE HAVE TO PROTECT OUR CHILDREN! Why is there such resistance to protecting Children and Innocents ? (do certain factions get off on seeing the blood of Innocents spilled?) (Um…YES!) We can’t wait (14) minutes or more for the Police to intervene. As we know (fact) you can stack a lot of bodies in (14) minutes.
Obviously it was mentally unbalanced. Why didn’t the parents see this?. This ‘manifesto’ needs to be released. It won’t bring anybody back. Dead is Dead. But maybe we can glean what it was feeling after hormone ‘therapy’, the root cause of it’s unhappiness. This ‘school’ is also OBVIOUSLY attempting to cover-up something. The parents fighting to keep these rantings hidden don’t want anymore questions heaped on THEM or the ‘SCHOOL’ gathering the wagons so they can keep the damage down to a minimum.
It’s like a ‘Cult’ thing going on. Everybody KNEW JIM JONES was ‘Bat-SH-- Crazy’ it didn’t need that ‘fact finding suicide mission’ to show that but that was the trigger to the ‘Kool-Aid’ party and massacre.
What was this poor humans trigger? We will probably find it if those ranting are ever released. As much as these events are sad the cover-up’s are worse. There is a serious problem here not being addressed with a large portion of the population. This forum regularly addresses issues that concern us and the rest of the country. (ok, here may be the bash, bash, bash)
There is something seriously wrong with the ‘Trans gender community’. Being GAY isn’t the issue. I have no problems with the gay community. They are who they are, and seem to be ok w/ me being straight. Fine. The underlying Anger (the only word that describes it to me) is a REAL PROBLEM. this ‘Militant’, destructive, anti-social behavior is troubling. The Gubment wants ‘All-Inclusive’, DEI in every facet of our world. First of all the Gubment doesn’t care a wit about Trans/gay/antiF–K/BLM. My Opinion (and my opinion only) is the gub simply wants KAOS! anyway they can get it. The Crime family is in deep do-do let’s indite somebody, We are financing the Notzee’s in a foreign land–it MUST be because of climate change, gas stoves, Gas powered vehicles and whatever the he–double hockey sticks we can think of.
Make the people nuts, scared, angry, anxious enough and we can pass through any bill that will make WE THE PEOPLE compliant, dis-armed and demoralized.
Is this too much of a stretch to have all this above writing taken from one unbalanced individual? It isn’t because of ‘it’ it is a by product of the whole weird plan I see unfolding. We as a country have always had problems, some call it growing pains, Slavery,Racism, Oh I don’t know INVASIONS! Corruption, Crime and so on and so on. But we dealt with it (or are still addressing those issues).
The major problem I see starts at the TOP. All else are by-products (as I mentioned) of the EVIL REGIME.
We have always had psycho’s and Shootings, Crime and Poverty. But the EXTREME disruption we are experiencing today is getting out of control. Sweden for example doesn’t have a rash of MASS shootings and EVERY military age male has a Service Weapon (I didn’t say Assault Rifle).
‘Audry/Bob’ whatever it called herself is a VICTIM also. GOD created a girl/woman and because of this out of control environment/Indoctrination she felt the need to remake herself. She was OBVIOUSLY in severe distress and she was ignored, marginalize, forgotten. When have we as a people stopped caring for one another? I for one still care when I see a Brother, family member, co-worker etc in distress. Why have some Parents dropped the ball on their own children. Now, in the inner-city’s we see the decay easily w/ one parent upbringing (maybe), The gangs tend to be the fathers, Hopelessness,Poverty etc. and then voting on ‘part-lines’ these people put in power people because they are the same skin color THEY WILL HAVE TO BE THERE FOR US! RIGHT? (Buzzer sound) NOT!
These people ‘IN POWER’ are NOT there for us. they are EVIL, Self serving and need to be eradicated.
We are circling the drain here folks and poor Audry was one of the millions of victims. IF we are going to HAVE to have a gubment…why?.. well lets just move on shall we. If that government was HONORABLE, KIND, FOR THE PEOPLE we could right this ship FAST! There will have to be Trials and Executions (public).
The people will have to be shown the once almighty gubment was absolutely Corrupt Absolutely!
And we can get back to the business of LIVING. Working, playing, making our lives better and HELPING OUR FELLOW HUMANS. Bring back Institutions that HELP the sick/ill. Why did they close all those hospitals in the first place? Homelessness doesn’t have to be an insurmountable problem. Our Vet’s WILL be taken care of! They shouldn’t be OUT THERE! they should be HONORED!
I won’t go on anymore. YOU guy’s know all this (except my crazy beliefs) This madness has to stop.
We can’t keep going on like this . Have a Commander who say’s ‘Show me the money’ when asked if he is corrupt !. that is NOT a Presidential response ! If we HAVE to have a Leader we need one w/ GOOD MORAL CHARACTER. We need a Senate and Congress that is for the people!
WE NEED TO TAKE CARE OF ALL THE ‘Audrey’s’ in pain and HELP them.
