That short list is a representation of every sitting member of three branches of government!

They don’t need to violate HiPPA or have the MD’s and Pharmacists provide the data. All they need to do is have the IRS investigate the medical billing process (ALL US medical insurance companies subscribe to Medicare and Medicaid) and all the ICD 10 codes you could ever want along with the particular prescription will be available with name and address. They already do it with narcotics and will flag your EHR if you get too many from different sources. Saul Alynski rules for radicals comes true again.

Cheers,

I take Gabapentin which is NOT an opioid but a nerve drug that is on the list but I’d be banned.

BTW I’ve studied ICD 10 codes - the US is one of the only nations to use them and they are a direct cause of skyrocketing insurance premiums.

As an example, some genius at WHO came up with IDC codes for getting sucked into a jet engine and there are 3 codes just for that - ICD-10 Code for Sucked into jet engine, initial encounter- V97.33XA- Codify by AAPC

I just find it funny, that going to the gym is racist, and being obese bans you from owning a gun.
Who’s making this crap up, Bond villains?

Or the J6 committee?

Throwing HIPPA into the wind, sounds like Tennessee wants to be the new California

It just goes to show the problem the Deep South has. Other than specific urban areas, the political landscape is a super majority Republican. So you aren’t going to get elected as a Democrat. So run as a Republican and legislate as a Democrat. It seems that voting for the party is more important than the actual politicians voting record.

Likewise, I have rheumatoid arthritis and peripheral neuropathy, which is treated with Lyrica – a kissing cousin of gabapentine. Anyone who has a chronic condition can attest that they are a human chemistry experiment where they are prescribed drugs that may or may not have been developed for their condition (off label use) by docs who want to see if they work for their patient’s condition. For example, gabapentine and Lyrica were developed as anti-seizure drugs but have morphed into drugs prescribed typically to treat peripheral nerve pain.

But, now the brain trust we elect to office wants to make the right to keep and bear arms contingent upon the drugs people are prescribed.

Ya know it’s kinda phunny…NOT! These ‘people’ want to take away ALL our rights, not just guns. They are trying to suck the life out of ever man, woman and child and kill all the future generations of ours because they fear they will grow up to be rebellious to their S0cialist regime. This pathetic individual in the big chair is only seen in public AFTER he is so doped up he is hardly controllable. He is a babbling, story-telling LIAR and a complete fool and on the eve of his announcement to run again 30% of the nations sheep say" Yes, I will vote for him again"… Words fail as what the outcome for our wonderful REPUBLIC will be but right now (also on the eve of Title 42 expiring) I can only hope that when the dust settles SOME PATRIOTS will be alive and remember what our Founding Fathers put in place as a guide on how to live free and safe.

I hope Smith and Wesson doesn’t start to regret moving to Tennessee. They did it to be in a more 2A friendly state.
