One thing that is apparent to me looking at all the above is that the states have made a legislative/legal minefield out of the full gamut of 2A issues, and that we sorely need a national act bill that will level all that off, and even the whole national playing field in our favor vs. the current mess that we are dealing with.
One look at all this should be enough to get us all to encourage our national representatives to support a National Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act bill whatever it’s called, and strengthen this mess out to its simplest common denominator so that we don’t have to sift through all the nonsense that infringes on our 2A RTK&ABA.

So, far going forward it is a lot closer to the original 2A script than what we have seen from the states restrictions.
Of course many of those states will want to mess this up.
But, the intent from the get go is to iron flat a lot of the wrinkles that they wove into the 2A landscape.
I remain very hopeful that this will correct most of that, and not compound any of it.

We officially got 30-states = 3/5ths = 60% of the individual states have passed “Constitutional = Permitless Carry.” On our way to 2/3rds = 66.6%
Now if we can pass the National Constitutional Carry Act bill we can make the quantum leap past the blue anti-2A states to all 50, 100%.
