Jason Winnie if you want one made for you. Open Top Pancake with Body Shield - J111 - Jason Winnie Leathergoods Not sure what his lead time is these days, but used to be very fast. I carried a Shield in one of his for a while, very comfortable.
Or, look around on ebay for Milt Sparks or R. Grizzle holsters

Adjusted like I like. Gonna use it a couple weeks first but might have to heat gun a little, retention is really strong.

The holster in your photo is a Pancake style. I have one for each of my handguns. They work well when training at an outside range where you can drawl and shoot or active moving shooting at multiple targets.
