I would have called the police. If/when the door, or any other entry, was breached, I would have stopped them.

I heard about a guy who binged on zombie movies all night long and in the morning a group of people dressed like zombies were going door to door collecting donations for a school.

Depending on where you live you need to worry about that. It is just me and my wife so someone breaks in to our home they will be stopped and dead can’t sue. Not worrried about legal issue here in Texas.

The way my house is laid out I would have called the cops and positioned myself at the top of the stairs. Wife and kids behind two locked doors behind me. If they decided to come in, they would have never made it up the stairs. My doorbell camera would record it all.

None of my relatives are foolish enough to try something this stupid, thankfully. Hell, they are afraid to come here during the day because of my guard dogs. My dogs are trained; if they see a mask or a gun, they are going to have fun. I love dobermans.
What I don’t like is people in power hiding pedos.
For the record, I think they should have published Heidi Fleiss black book also…

OK…First things first, I don’t open the door after dark unless the person on the other side PROVES to me who they are, then they have to be on the approved list of people allowed in the house. They can yell and scream all they want from the other side of the door. The moment they breach the house their lives are void, especially when they make verbal threats like “I’m going to kill you.”
