The Left loves to talk “constitutionality”. The best way to confirm this principle is to see how it was enforced by our forefathers who wrote the Constitution in the first place. Let’s review their paperwork and background checks and mirror that as that is the definitive definition of what they meant. Shall not be infringed was not an idea subject to interpretation, it was the law. In fact it was the 2nd most important principle to keeping a nation free and the people safe in their homes. Don’t get me wrong on this, I support and stand by our Police, but our forefathers did not establish a police force, they left that issue to the people.
