As a health care worker, I’d respectfully ask you to check your facts. Mentall illness affects about 1/5 of the US population. If you don’t believe that, watch an episode of The View. 
Is it an acute, Needs To Be Treated mental illness? Or, is it a “Let give that a name so we can code it on the insurance registry”?
Then what are they complaining about. If they are complaining about Trump why don’t they deal with it themselves. If they are superior why are they asking for our help. Are they saying they don’t need our help but just want to complain?
The mind and the body are connected. The body keeps the score of the way our emotional, psychological and social experiences affect our bodies. When they affect our bodies in negative ways, it becomes a mental illness. My unprofessional opinion.

There has been a lot of backlash concerning RFK Jr’s recent confirmation as health secretary. The Democrats are unhinged because of his approach to certain health issues. But he could silence these idiots with a firm, unwavering approach to how this country deals with the mentally ill/disturbed. Much of the homeless population is made up of these types of people as well as the transgender crowd and the tragic mass-shooting insanity. The people who can’t deal with their depression and anxiety become a danger to society. Hopefully RFK Jr. sees through this problem.
