How sad. There will be no arrests, no investigations, no one held accountable. Not unlike the organized criminals who robo-call millions of Americans with scams who are never caught, never investigated, never prosecuted. These crooks just realized that they don’t even have to hide behind a spoofed telephone number to steal. Just go in and take whatever you like.
