I watched this pretty closely for a while. I couldn’t believe they were charged with anything. Around here I doubt/hope they wouldn’t have been charged.
I think the left leaning Prosecutors knew what they were doing. Pictures of gun wielding wackos, arrest and convict all over the news. The sympathizers got all the footage they could get and then, when it wasn’t good for their agenda it fades away into obscurity.
Out in the yard with their guns out would have gotten them invited to the neighbors backyard for some practice in WV, after the trespassers fled of course.
Looking at the photo of those two, they seemed like they could have used some training.
