Iām in favor of something like that. A novel called āthe Papillonā. A French Prison Island, like you have mentioned. Patrol the waters off of the island keeping the waters āchummedā up, throw in your āDeath Rowā inmates so the sharks learn that if itās near the Island itās āfeeding timeā. Trust me you can train sharks really fast, when there is a steady supply of food. I can remember watching how quick sharks learned to come out to oil rigs to eat because they were dumping food waste that other fish would eat and sharks would come to eat those fish.
