100 Kicks - 20 years and I Still get it wrong

I’ve been training for better than 20 years. Every once in a while during a 100 kick drill I get it wrong. Attention to detail, Get the hips turned, pivot, kick through not at.

That’s what my Doctor says “Your back hurts, your shoulders hurt, your knees hurt, and how many times a week do you fight? You are 63 you know…”

yeah… and my “dashboard” looks like this when I get out of bed too quickly.
